Twenty-five years Experience in Solo Competition and Bands. Piper for First Ladies Barbara Bush and Hillary Clinton, President Jimmy Carter, PA and NJ Governors (including at the Inaugural Ball of PA Governor Ed Rendell), US Senators Frank Lautenberg, Jon Corzine, and John Kerry. Frank has piped for Hollywood celebrities such as Bono, Bill Cosby, Candice Bergen, and Jane Alexander. Frank instructed ABC Good Morning America’s Tony Perkins on the bagpipe for the 2001 annual “Job Swap,” and piped in the Welcome Home parade for former Iraqi POW James Riley.
Frank is a winner of the MacLeod Quaich and Sandy Davidson Memorial Trophy for Grade One solo piping, and first place, Grade One Piobaireached, Delco Games, as well as 1984 "Award of Excellence" from the Chesapeake Bay Branch, EUSPBA. Frank has performed at Carnegie Hall and Madison Square Garden in NYC, and at the Kimmel Center, the Academy of Music, and the Civic Center in Philadelphia, as well as at the Meadowlands in NJ.
